How School Christmas Cards printing works...

After Registration...
- We issue Order form/drawing Sheets with School Details
- Drawings sheets delivered to school ( 2 -3 days )
- Distribute sheets amongst pupils (we suggest this is done as part of an art project in school)
- Completed sheets sent home for parents/guardians for ordering ( select your own return date. )
- Collect completed orders and full payment from parents/guardians
- Prepare order for return Keep orders in class group and include a printed list of those taking part ( for spelling check )
- Phone 028 9042 2040 or email us to let us know its on its way, then post ( Printmycard c/o Printplanet, 21-23 Church Road, Holywood, County down. BT18 9BU )
- Postage costs are deducted from your final bill
- Completed orders are returned to school in class groups for easier distribution
- Payment to us ( we would appreciate payment within 7 days, via bacs or cheque )
How School Christmas Cards Printing Works For You
When you register with us, there is no money upfront. We pay for the delivery & collection of the School Christmas Card drawing sheets.
Distribute the Order form/Drawing Sheets. Consider doing this a part of an art project – we find that best results are achieved this way.
Alternatively, these can be sent home, but we find that children have greater creativity in school when they have access to all sorts of ‘media’ & ‘painting & drawing” materials. Many of our customers for ” School Christmas Cards” return to us year in and out. They see for a small level of effort.
This can be a great fundraiser and great fun.
Some of our larger Schools for our “School Christmas Cards” project achieve profits for school funds in the region of £600-£900, sometimes more. This is based on around 250 pupils taking part with confirmed orders.
Our “School Christmas Card project” isn’t just about cards. We can also offer School Christmas Wrapping Paper and School Christmas Gift Tags with a confirmed Christmas card pack order.
If you have any questions about our School Christmas Cards project, please get in touch. It is never too late in the year as we keep registration open as long as possible, so don’t panic, but remember, early registration to our School Christmas Card project is advisable.
