Late Orders
Received a late order
If 1-4 days – from the completed drawing sheets having been returned. Please phone us…we maybe still be in production stage, so it should be easy enough to add a late card. We will wait until the late card is received before completing the school order ( please note this must not adversely delay delivery of the full school order, the order in the end waits for no one ). There will not be a refund of postage costs.
If it is more than 5 days, please phone us to let us know, and then send the late artwork with the late order form and full payment to our address. There will not be a postage refund, and no funds will be returned to school.
